Can you believe there are only a few days left??
Here are some important announcements and reminders to keep in mind for those of you who just registered and those who already have. Please send this to anyone you know will be registering for Higher Calling if they have not registered yet.
1. On Dec 18 Mon registration begins from 3:30pm to 6:30pm in City Ballroom Pasadena/Glendale.
First leave your luggage in City Ballroom Hollywood/Burbank, you may need to wait for your room after registering and there will be games for you to enjoy after you are done registering. Those who come late can register in front of the plenary entrance before going in and also at HQ other days.
Name tags will be distributed, you need your nametag to enter the plenary sessions and to receive meals!! Keep it with you at all times.

We will use an APP to help you navigate the conference~ We will tell you how to download it during registration.
Please have dinner on your own before the first session starts at 7pm and prepare your hearts for the conference. You will be assigned to a Soon Group (small group), during registration and you can buy food at the nearby plaza across Hollywood Way street to bring and eat in the hotel together after you register! You will be in a room of 4, 2 beds with 2 ppl each. After Mon dinner, please do not leave the premises of the hotel for safety reasons, we want everyone accounted for.
2. Packing List! Many of you must be wondering what to pack.
Provided by the hotel: towels, shampoo, and soap upon request.
What to bring:
Face masks and hand sanitizers (recommended)
Toiletries
Bible
Journal
Pen
Personal water bottle (water stations will be around)
$$ for the gift shop (merch) and hotel tip!
Clothes for 3 nights/4 days
Phone Charger!! (please limit/fast from social media)
Snacks: Hotel Etiquette – Hotel policy indicates no snacking/drinking beverages (except water) outside of your hotel room.
3. There will be a parking fee of $30 per car for the whole conference.
You may pay for the parking permit at the registration site.
Please do your best to carpool to save $$.
You can exit/reenter the parking lot with the parking permit.
4. Elective Seminars: Here is where you can see our Elective Seminars. You will pick 2 Elective Seminars to attend during the conference during registration. Be aware that certain seminars might only be available for the 1st session or 2nd session. Please be sure you know which 1st and 2nd session you want to attend before the conference starts. CHOOSE RIGHT NOW BEFORE YOU COME SO WE CAN REGISTER OVER 300 PPL IN A TIMELY MANNER! Have a back-up in case spaces run out, it’s first come first served.
5. Refund Policy: In the case that you can no longer come to our Higher Calling Conference, please email back to let us know. There are no refunds for the conference unless for very special circumstances. Please respond to this email if you have any further questions or if you are no longer able to attend.
