I keep getting a notice, “The credit card expiration date has already passed.”

Check if your debit/credit card is still valid. If not, please use another debit/credit card. If your debit/credit card is still active, type out the expiration year in 4 digits as you fill out your card information. (i.e. if your card expires in March, 2025, type 2025 under “YY”) If the problem persists, please contact tech@highercallingconference.org

I accidentally clicked the “Register” button on the registration form before processing the payment and now I can’t find the payment link.

You should receive an account activation email once you click the “Register” button  Activate the account through the email you provided. I did not receive the activation mail after doing the “Make a Payment” process and click the “Register button.

Search through the activation email on the spam folder of your email account. If you still can’t find the activation email on your spam folder, please contact tech@highercallingconference.org.  The HCC Tech team will manually activate your account and will reach out as soon as they confirm your payment.

I already did the “Make a Payment” process and received a receipt but couldn’t confirm my registration.
