David Martinelli
David has a BA and MA in Architecture from the University of Illinois as well as a Masters degree in Bible from Moody Seminary. He has been Married for 26 years to his wonderful wife Diane, and has 5 kids ranging in age from 15 to 25. (One serving with with Cru in the Middle East alongside her husband, one married son in the military, one college age son and two high school girls)
YUKSEL KURADA
Yuksel is from Ephesus, is of Muslim background, and has been a Turkish believer since 1996. Yuksel met his wife Dijle in Ephesus where they both attended a bible school for Turkish believers, which had only 12 students called Tyrannus. They got married in 2001 and started serving at a church in Istanbul.
Since they became Christians, they have suffered much persecution from being kidnapped, tortured, and thrown in jail, to having their church shot at and family’s lives threatened.
However, the call to follow Jesus and their desire to serve Him has always been greater. They continue to minister locally to lead Muslims to Christ as well as internationally in places such as Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Lebanon, France, Germany, Holland and many other places as God leads them.
Scott im
Scott Im, the Lead Pastor at San Diego Tree Church is a Soon Movement Alumni, Soonjang, and former UCSD CCC President. Currently he is bi-vocational, working as a staff engineer at Illumina. Scott and his wife have three beautiful children.
Yoontae Oh
David Yoontae Oh is currently serving as President of SOON Movement Global. He is working with other great leaders to reach out to all college students in America to help them find Christ and their call from God for a greater purpose. He did his M.Div at Fuller Theological Seminary and Th.M at ITS. He is the first graduate class of GCTC (Great Commission Training Center that produces professional and equipped missionaries, especially for campus ministry) in America. He has five children, Caris, Kayla, David, Jeremiah, and Timothy with his beautiful wife Esther. His special passion is for Diaspora Americans; whom he believes to be one of the greatest potential people to impact the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
