DFW terminal pick-up is located on the lower level in the purple section at either end of each terminal. Hyatt shuttle pick-up points are:

• Terminal A: A9 & A35
• Terminal B: B6 & B46
• Terminal C: C3

• Terminal E: E7 & E34

Note: You are looking for a large purple pillar that states “Courtesy Vans.” Once there, please call or text the number listed above to request a shuttle.

If you are arriving by car, complimentary self-parking is available for the duration of your stay. When entering the airport toll gate, please be sure to go through the TICKET ONLY lane displayed in green. Take your ticket and have it validated before departure. If you use an NTTA or Texas Toll Tag, please avoid toll tag lanes to prevent charges.

Uber and Lyft are readily available at both DFW and Dallas Love Field (DAL) airports for those traveling from outside the immediate terminal area.

During your stay, you can enjoy on-site dining options and visit local off-site shopping, dining, and attractions with the hotels’s free shuttle service.
