Q: When does Early Bird Registration end?
A: October 25th at midnight.
Q: Will there be an option to secure my registration with a deposit this year?
A: There is no option to secure your registration with a deposit this year. You will be asked to pay the full registration cost while registering.
Q: What is covered by the registration fee?
A: Your registration fee covers the cost of your conference attendance, your room and board, and your meals. Please note, your registration fee does not cover the cost of travel to the venue.

Q: What should my flight dates be?
A: Aim to arrive at DFW on Dec. 28 by 3PM for on-site registration, and schedule your departure for Dec. 31 after 12PM
Q: What kind of programs can I expect at this conference?
A: You can expect plenaries and elective seminars with speakers from around the world, a missions festival with highlights of what God is doing locally and in other nations, and meeting/engaging in groups with college students acrosss the country.
Q: Are there things I can purchase at the conference?
A: Yes! Aside from our conference merchandise that we’ll be selling on-site, our gift shop will also be selling refreshments for personal purchase.
Q: What should I pack for this conference?
A: Clothes, toiletries, your bible, a journal, a pen, and a ready heart to encounter the Lord!
